An arrest warrant has been issued against Trump for the assassination of General Kashemi
Iran has issued an arrest warrant for US President Donald Trump for his role in the assassination of General Qasem Solaimani, head of the Quds Force of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC).
In the early hours of January 3, a direct Trump-led airstrike in the Iraqi capital, Baghdad, killed Qasim Solaimani and eight other commanders of the two countries, including Abu Mahdi al-Muhandis, the deputy head of the popular Iraqi volunteer force Hashad al-Shabir.
A top Iranian judge has issued arrest warrants against 36 people, including US political and military officials, for their role in the brutal killings in Baghdad, according to Iran's English news channel Prestige.

Ali al-Qassi, Iran's state lawyer, later told the media that 35 other US officials had been charged with murder and terrorism in addition to Trump. The judge asked Interpol to issue a "red notice" against Trump and others.
He said Tehran would continue to make regular efforts to bring Trump to justice even after the US president's term expires.
Earlier, on June 11, Iranian Deputy Foreign Minister Mohsen Baharvand said that the trial of IRGC's Quds Force chief Shaheed Qasim Solaimani would be tried by the International Court of Justice.
He told Iran's national broadcaster, IRIB, that the matter would be taken to the International Court of Justice (ICJ) once the domestic investigation into the assassination of General Qasim Solaimani was completed.
Iran's deputy foreign minister said the killings would be tried on two fronts. There will be trials within the country and legal action will be taken through international organizations. He said the matter would be taken to the international arena in coordination with all relevant departments in Iran.
