Modi tells Trump Kashmir is normal:  while more than four thousand Kashmiri arrested

Governor Satyapal Malik, Home Minister Amit Shah and Prime Minister Narendra Modi all say that Kashmir is normal. However, Indian media says more than four thousand Kashmiris have been arrested so far. They have been detained under controversial public safety law and imprisoned in Delhi, Uttar Pradesh and other states of the country.

There is a wide gap between actual events and statements. Thus, how long will the Modi government keep track of the real events in Kashmir?
